These terms cover your use of the website at builtsofthub.com, run by BuiltSOFTHUB LLC (“we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Our products

This website describes our products. Each product has its own terms, which apply when you use it: BuiltPOS™ and its companion apps, BuiltSIGN™ and SplitPerk™. Custom development and consulting work is covered by the agreement we sign with you. Nothing on this website changes those terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for anything illegal
• Try to gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it
• Send malicious code or interfere with how it runs

Intellectual property

This website and everything on it, including its text, graphics, illustrations, icons, page designs, layout, code and the way they are arranged, is owned by or licensed to BuiltSOFTHUB LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

You may view this website and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape or make derivative works from it without our written permission, except as the law allows. Our software is licensed, not sold, only under the terms of each product. Nothing on this website gives you a license to our software or to any intellectual property.

Trademarks, names, logos and colors

Names. BuiltSOFTHUB™, BuiltPOS™, BuiltOFFICE™, BuiltKDS™, BuiltKIOSK™, BuiltSIGN™, BuiltLauncher™, BuiltLTS™, SplitPerk™ and SplitPoints™ are trademarks of BuiltSOFTHUB LLC. The ™ symbol means we claim rights in that name, whether or not it is registered.

Logos. Our logos and icons are also our trademarks. They include the BuiltSOFTHUB™ wordmark, with “Built” in red-orange and “SOFTHUB” in black, the BuiltSOFTHUB™ logo symbol, and every product logo and app icon.

Colors and look. Our brand includes the red and orange color scheme we use with our names and logos, including red #EB3323 and our orange-to-red gradient, along with the distinctive overall look of our websites, apps and marketing. We do not claim any color by itself, apart from how it is used to identify our company and products.

What you may not do. Without our written permission, you may not:

• Use our names, logos, colors or look, or anything confusingly similar, in a company name, product name, domain name, social media handle, app listing or advertisement
• Change, recolor, animate or combine our logos with anything else
• Suggest that we sponsor, endorse or are connected with you, your business or your product

You may refer to our products by name in plain text when you are truthfully describing them. To ask for permission, or to report misuse, email contact@builtsofthub.com.

Names and logos of other companies that appear on this website belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

This website links to other sites, including our product sites. Sites we do not run are not our responsibility.

No warranty

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Information here is general and may change. Example figures in product illustrations are not real transactions.

Limitation of liability
