Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message.

Our contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, email address, message and any phone number or company you enter. It reaches us as an email.

This website has no accounts or checkout.

How we use information

We use server logs to run and secure the website and to fix problems. We use your messages and contact form details to reply to you.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Our email is provided by Zoho. These providers process information on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep server logs for as long as we need them for security and troubleshooting, and emails and contact form messages for as long as needed to deal with your request and keep our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@builtsofthub.com. You may have further rights under the law where you live.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
